The Acti9 iC60N is a low-voltage circuit breaker designed as a 1P+N circuit breaker with 1 protected pole and a co-switched zero. It comes with a nominal current of 20A and a C shutdown characteristic. This circuit breaker has a shutdown capacity of 6000A at 230VAC as per standard EN/IEC 60898-1 (domestic standard), and 10kA at 220VAC to 240VAC following standard EN/IEC 60947-2 (industrial standard).

The iC60N circuit breaker complies with both the domestic standard EN/IEC 60898-1 and the industrial standard EN/IEC 60947-2. Its primary function is to protect power circuits from short-circuiting and overload currents. It features a unique VisiTrip indicator that allows for easy identification of the tripped circuit breaker. The VisiSafe’s green indication ensures the physical opening of the contacts, enabling downstream maintenance. The shutdown mechanism is designed to extend the lifespan of the component.

This Schneider Electric circuit breaker has an electrical lifespan of up to 10,000 cycles and a mechanical lifespan of up to 20,000 cycles. It has an assigned Ui insulation voltage of 500VAC. Its limitation class 3 (as per EN/IEC60898-1) helps reduce the costs related to power circuit protection. The circuit breaker can be mounted on a DIN rail for a modular installation.

The circuit breaker measures 2 modules of 18mm in width. It has a pollution degree of 3 and an overvoltage category of IV. The product is executed in white color (RAL9003), measuring 36mm (W) x 85mm (H) x 78.5mm (D), and weighs 0.25kg. As per standard IEC 60529, the protection degree is IP20, which increases to IP40 when mounted in a modular enclosure with insulation class II. The operating temperature ranges between -35°C and 70°C, and the storage temperature is between -40°C and 85°C.
