The MFC 12T is a twelve-fold multitap with increasing damping. The dampening measures of this multitap are particularly low so it can cover longer distances. The connections are reinforced to withstand greater force. Moreover, the connections in the interior are provided with nickel-tin plating to make better contact and be less sensitive to noise. Unused connections should be closed off with a terminating resistor.
