This data socket from the W.1 series by Hager Berker is suitable for Power over Ethernet (PoE). The data connection point upper part is equipped with a self-closing lid. It must be manually snapped shut to achieve a protection rating of IP55. With the IP55 rating, this W.1 data socket protects against dust formation in the housing and ensures perfect drainage of water jets from every angle. This Hager Berker W.1 data socket is only the top part and still needs to be combined with a separately available cover frame for flush mounting or surface mounting.
