The Eaton Industries MCCB motor protection switch has a compact size of 95x90x201mm and is designed for built-in mounting. With a nominal continuous current Iu 80A and a mysterious connection method for the main current circuit, it uses magnetic switch-off technology ensuring increased durability. The switch holds an IP20 protection degree and can operate at a measurement voltage of 690V. It’s adaptable for the IEC market and can cover all application cases with modular function groups that enable flexible mounting. Included is a magnetic short-circuit release in connection with an overload relay, as well as a short-circuit release without an overload trip. Complying with all switching category AC-3 requirements it offers reliable service.
