The Dehn U clamp for lightning protection is designed to connect reinforcing steel with round or flat conductors. It offers a type of connector that has a parallel plug, capable of accommodating large diameters ranging from 16 to 48mm for the round conductor and 30mm for the flat conductor. The second round conductor can handle diameters from 6 to 10mm. Despite offering no surface protection (untreated), it makes use of a different type of fastening screws. It is compliant with EN 62561-1 standards.
