This is a Dehn connection element suitable for earthing and short-circuiting applications. It supports a maximum short-circuit current of 18.7kA and is designed for wire sections measuring 16 – 95mm². The clamping range is 10 – 32mm and it is engineered for an above-ground power cable connection. With built-in twist protection and a T pin shaft on the operating rod attachment, it works well for phase-side applications. The phase screw clamp features parallel clamping jaws and an additional safety bow. It adheres to EN/IEC 61230 (DIN VDE 0683-100) standards, making it ideally suited for connecting phase cables in an inclined position to the overhead line. It also includes a PK2 anti-rotation element.
