This is a Dehn connector for lightning protection made of copper. Its function is to create a parallel connection between two conductors with diameters ranging from 4 – 10mm each. The lightning current-carrying capacity is 100kA for 10/350 µs. The connector does not feature any surface protection, meaning it comes untreated. Lastly, it is fitted with hexagon screws for secure fastening. It is designed according to EN 62561-1 standards to accept different diameters with two screws.
