The Dehn KS connector for lightning protection is made of malleable cast iron with a clamping screw type of fastening. This heavy-duty connector is designed according to EN 62561-1 standards for a lightning current carrying connection of round conductors, with a diameter ranging from 1.8 to 12.5mm, to other parts of the lightning protection system. It is equipped with a screw and nut of size M12. This connector does not have any surface protection and is untreated. The lightning current carrying capacity is 50kA (10/350 µs).
