The Dehn KS connector for lightning protection is made from pressure die-casted zinc and is designed for a round conductor diameter of 7-10mm, offering no surface protection (untreated). The type of connection it offers is as a connector, supported by clamping screws for attachment. It has a lightning current carrying capacity of 100kA (10/350 µs). To comply with EN 62561-1, this two-piece clamping screw connector has a 30mm distance and comes with an M10 screw and nut, making it suitable for the lightning current carrying connection of round conductors.
