This is a Dehn connector designed for lightning protection with a zinc pressure die-casting. This T-connector, compliant with EN 62561-1 standard, is designed to connect round conductors in a T arrangement. The connector is designed for use with two round conductors, each having a diameter of 8mm. It does not have any surface protection treatment and employs clamping screw type of fastening. With a lightning current capacity of 100kA for 10/350 µs, it does not include surface protection and relies on clamp screws for attachment.
