This is a Dehn connector for lightning protection made from steel, complying with the standard EN 62561-1. The connector, which is suitable for both aboveground and underground use, is designed to connect two flat conductors with a diameter range of 30-40mm. The connector doesn’t have an intermediate plate but features M8 hexagonal screw fixation. The surface protection of this unit is thermally galvanized, ensuring longevity and resistance to weather. It is designed to withstand lightning current upto 100kA (measured in 10/350 µs).
