This is an adjustable ball head cap with four 90° turns, featuring a hexagon shaft and serving the purpose as a phase or earth connecting element. It is in accordance with EN/IEC 61230 (DIN VDE 0683-100) standards and is suitable for fixed ball points for attaching to earthing and short-circuiting devices. The maximum short circuit current is 33.5kA and it is designed to handle wire cross-sections of 16 – 120mm². Furthermore, it has an anti-rotation feature backed by the PK1 element and the operating rod is fastened via a hexagonal spindle.
