This 2-way gas approved ball valve from JP Fluid Control with a nominal diameter of 32 mm is designed for on/off flow control. The valve has G 1 1/4 inch female threaded ports. This is BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel. With our range of 1 1/4 inch fittings, the valve can be installed in any pipe (recommended pipe diameter ± 25 – 50 mm).
The housing of the valve is made of nickel-plated brass, the ball is made of brass and the seals are made of PTFE/HNBR. This valve is suitable for gas applications and meets the EN-331 standard. The valve is also suitable for various media, such as water, oil or air. The valve can be used up to a max pressure of 20 bar (290 psi) and within a temperature range between -20 and 60 °C (-4 and 140 °F).
Use the handle to operate the valve. By rotating it 90 degrees, the valve will open or close. If the handle is perpendicular to the pipe, the valve is closed. This valve is not suitable for electrical or pneumatic control. For this purpose, valves with an ISO-Top flange (ISO 5211) are recommended.

100 series
Our 2-way gas approved brass ball valve selection ranges from G 1/4 inch to G 2 inch. The valves are made of nickel-plated brass, the ball is made of brass and the seals are made of PTFE/HNBR. Their operating pressure is up to 20 bar (290 psi). The 100 series is manufactured in accordance with the EN 331 standard. It is also suitable for water, neutral, gaseous and non-aggressive, liquid media, mineral oils, compressed air up to a maximum operating pressure. The operating temperature range is from -20 to 60 °C (-4 to 140 °F). The valves are handle operated. The ball valves in the 100 series of JP Fluid Control are characterized by a long life.
